Q1 - Some great thoughts, just need to work on death of analysis and critical reflection part of things, so not just what you did but how well it worked and what could have gone better. Things like just commenting that you used an elevator because it was easier than taking stairs. You can expand on that a bit about how it provided a good visually impacting way to reveal the bodyguards and change the tone of the film from a seeing who we think is a business man, to someone sinister with bodyguards etc.
Q2 - target audience analysis needs a bit deeper research. It isn'y sufficient enough to say you'll cut your target age off because people older than 20 don't enjoy scary movies. This isn't true and is definitely not supported by reserach. You can be more general about your target audience and make it 16+ . Please also steer away from sweeping statements/ generalisation in your comments on distribution. Saying that you wouldn't bother advertising on 'normal TV' , 'seeing as no one watches that anymore' and it's pointless. You need to have evidence, show research or where you've found stats about decline in linear TV consumption and actually write paragraphs that are based on research, not just what seems like opinion (even if it is true).
Point of view: there is always a point of view! The audience is always placed in a position, in this case, it's as an on-looker.
Q3 - hearing about problems encountered is great but what did you learn from it? How did you overcome those challenges?
Q4 - great powtoon presentation tool but the timing doesn't work! When it gets to your information, the text flashes up so fast you can't read it and have to keep pausing it. Details / images are good here, e.g. what sort of camera did you use? Any tutorials for after effects?
